Pharmacy retail runs by its own rules, and a generic online store does not fit. People need to know that a specific item is in stock here and now — and that it will still be there when they arrive.
Customers visit different branches, so loyalty has to be counted across the chain rather than per shop — while stock stays specific to each pharmacy.
The pharmacist picks the reservation and dispenses it at the till under your chain's rules.
Opening hours, the nearest branch by location, and stock broken down per branch.
A reason to buy from you rather than the pharmacy across the road.
Product range, prices and stock for each pharmacy are pulled from your system or from a catalogue export. We handle publishing to the App Store and Google Play, and a typical launch takes 7 days. You can see it on your own range before paying: a demo in 1 day. Prices are on the pricing page.
The sale of medicines is regulated by law and the rules differ by country; what you may dispense is your decision. The app's core journey is reserve-and-collect: the customer sees availability, reserves the item and collects it at the till. Adjacent products — supplements, cosmetics, hygiene and medical devices — are not subject to those restrictions.
Through an order status push: accepted, picked, ready for collection. That removes the flow of "is my order ready" calls.
Yes. Stock is tracked per branch, so the customer immediately sees which pharmacy in the chain has the item and picks the convenient one.
Yes. Points are earned in one pharmacy and spent in any other — and that is precisely the argument for buying from you rather than the pharmacy across the road.
