Data moves both ways

An integration is not «we exported the products once». Data moves constantly and in both directions: your system stays the source of truth about products and prices, the app is the source of orders. Nothing has to be maintained in two places.

From your system into the app

  • Catalogue: sections, products, descriptions and photos
  • Prices, discounts and personal terms for customer segments
  • Stock — including per warehouse and per retail location
  • Changes are picked up automatically: edit it on the site and it changes in the app

From the app into your system

  • Orders with line items, totals, delivery and payment method
  • Statuses and payment: an order from the app is not a separate entity
  • Customers and their profiles: one customer record, not two
  • Points transactions, if loyalty is calculated on your side

Three ways to connect

A ready connector is not the only route. The app launches both where there is no system at all and where there is one but it is bespoke.

You have a website or a back office

We install a ready connector: catalogue, prices and stock go to the app, and orders come back. No development needed — this is configuration.

There is no website

The app runs standalone: the catalogue loads from an export, and orders and customers are handled right in the MobiusApp panel. The app becomes the main storefront.

The system is bespoke or unusual

Merchant API and webhooks: the exchange is written for your infrastructure when no off-the-shelf connector exists. It needs a developer on your side.
