What is inside
Someone standing in front of a shelf has a question the label does not answer: is there another size in the back, what does the specification actually say, is it cheaper online.
Pointing the camera at the barcode opens the product in the app, with its full description, specifications and live stock. It removes the queue at the information desk and connects your shop floor to your catalogue.
