These requirements apply when the application is connected to an existing website or back office. If you have no website, the application runs from a catalogue export and none of the requirements below apply — see an app with no website.
Server requirements
- PHP 8.1 or newer, where a plugin is installed on your side.
- Outbound HTTPS access to the MobiusApp platform.
Requirements for a WooCommerce site
- WordPress with WooCommerce 8.2 or newer, installed and active.
- WordPress admin access with permission to manage WooCommerce.
Requirements for a catalogue export
- A catalogue file in YML or CSV, reachable over HTTPS at a stable URL.
- Products with an identifier, a name, a price, a stock level and at least one image.
If your setup is not on this list, it is still very likely supported: a scheduled catalogue export works with almost any back office, and anything beyond that can be built on the Merchant API. Write to support@mobiusapp.io and we will tell you which route fits.
