Developers

This section is for developers and integrators on the shop's side. It describes the tools you can use to extend the behaviour of the mobile app and automate work with the catalogue and orders, without stepping outside the public contracts.

If you are a shop owner configuring the app through the admin panel, go to the merchant documentation instead.

Sections

  • Merchant API: a REST API for external accounting systems: importing prices and stock, managing orders.
  • Webhooks: receive app events (orders, bonuses, calculations) at your own URL.
  • Interactive HTML blocks: drive the app from HTML inserts: navigation, the basket, sheets, documents.
  • Deep links: links from a website, an email or a QR code that open the app on the right screen.
  • Push tap actions: open a particular screen from a push notification.

Working with the catalogue and orders

To upload prices and stock and to read and update orders from an external accounting system, use the REST Merchant API: bearer token authentication, asynchronous import of prices and stock, synchronous management of orders and statuses. The full contract with field schemas lives in the OpenAPI specification, published separately and available in two languages.

Where to start

  • If you need to sync prices, stock and orders with an external system, start with the Merchant API.
  • If you need to react to shop events (an order created, paid, bonuses accrued), look at webhooks.
  • If you need buttons and navigation embedded in app content, look at interactive blocks.
  • If you need to bring someone into the app from outside, from a website, an email or a QR code, look at deep links.
  • If you need a push to open a particular screen, look at push tap actions.
