WordPress (WooCommerce)

If your shop runs on WordPress with WooCommerce, connect it to mobiusapp through the free sync plugin. The plugin turns the shop's catalogue and orders into mobile app data: products and categories go out to mobiusapp, orders from the app arrive in WooCommerce, and statuses and payments synchronise both ways.

The plugin is installed from the official WordPress.org directory and configured in your site's admin panel. In the mobiusapp cabinet all you need to do is generate a pairing code.

What the plugin does

The plugin works in three directions.

  • Catalogue. Products and their variations, categories, prices, stock, photos and attributes are exported from WooCommerce and loaded into the mobiusapp catalogue.
  • Orders. An order placed in the app is created automatically in WooCommerce, with the customer, the items, delivery and payment.
  • Statuses and payments. When a status or a payment changes in the shop, the change goes to the app. And the other way round: a change in the app is applied to the order in the shop.

What you need

  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and active (version 8.2 or newer).
  • Access to the WordPress admin panel with permission to manage WooCommerce.
  • A mobiusapp plan that includes the WooCommerce integration. If it is not available on your current plan, its card is marked accordingly: change the plan in Plan and billing.

How to connect, in brief

  1. Install the plugin from the WordPress.org directory.
  2. Generate a pairing code in the mobiusapp cabinet.
  3. Paste the code into the plugin settings and press "Save changes".
  4. Configure the catalogue export, prices, stock and orders.

The details are on the Installation and connection page.
