Orders

The daily work of a shop: take an order, carry it through to handover and settle the money.

The section is built around three things that live separately inside an order: fulfilment (status and delivery), money (payment, held funds, refunds) and the order itself (items and totals). An order can be picked but unpaid, or paid with the money still on hold; the interface shows these separately rather than as one label.

Orders can also be handled from a phone: the order console lives at /pos, installs onto the home screen and sends notifications about new orders. Staff sign into it with their own accounts; the owner uses theirs.
