Request card

The card of a publication request: the current status, the dates, the store versions, a snapshot of the graphics and the actions available on the release.

How to open it

In the publication requests click a request row.

What you can do

  • See the request status and hints about the next steps
  • Send a request for review, and again after changes
  • Withdraw or cancel a request
  • See the versions filled in after publication

The interface

The header holds the request number and a status badge, with a "Back to list" button next to them.

Request information

  • App name: the name the app will be published under, with a link to the app settings.
  • Dates: when the request was created and updated.
  • Versions: the iOS and Android versions and builds. A moderator fills them in after publication.

Status hints

Depending on the status, an explanation is shown: that the request is in review, that the moderator asks for changes, or that the release has gone to the stores and the graphics can no longer be edited.

Graphics snapshot

The "Graphics snapshot at submission" block shows the state of the materials as captured when the request was sent for review.

Actions

The set of buttons depends on the status:

  • Draft: "Send for review" or "Cancel request".
  • In review: "Withdraw request".
  • Needs changes: "Resubmit" or "Cancel request".
  • Published and Cancelled: no actions.

Scenarios

Send a request for review

  1. Open a request card in the Draft status.
